Job summary

Mars Digital Technologies seeks a ServiceNow SPM Product Owner to act as the voice of the business, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog for Mars Associates.

You will champion SPM adoption, build engaging demos, and collaborate daily with engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable solutions across the portfolio.

A strong BA background and experience with ServiceNow modules are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product ownership, business analysis, or systems implementation, with at least 2 years on ServiceNow.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) and ability to write quality user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team's backlog to maximize business value.
• Translate roadmap into a detailed backlog and guide execution.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Represent needs of global users in all team ceremonies.
• Champion ServiceNow SPM adoption and perform regular product demos.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow SPM.
