Job summary

Mars Digital Technologies seeks a ServiceNow SPM Product Owner to align business strategy with delivery. You will translate roadmaps into detailed backlogs, write clear user stories, and drive global stakeholder engagement to maximize value for Mars Associates.

You will champion SPM, ensure data quality, governance, and AI initiatives are integrated, while collaborating with engineering and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product ownership, business analysis, or systems implementation.
• Minimum 2 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and prioritize the team’s backlog to drive business value.
• Translate the roadmap into a detailed backlog guiding execution.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria for the delivery team.
• Represent global user needs in all team ceremonies (planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Accept or reject completed work based on defined criteria and quality.
• Collaborate daily with Product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
• Lead SPM demonstrations for stakeholders to show new features and best practices.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track portfolio health and metrics.
• Define data standards and governance for portfolio registries.
• Evaluate ServiceNow GenAI capabilities and ensure safe, right-fit deployment.
• Perform UAT scenarios and plan upgrades for regional rollouts.
