Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect and Senior Developer to lead architecture and delivery for IRM and BCM modules. The role requires strong technical autonomy and the ability to challenge implementation decisions with confidence.

You will analyse, design, and develop robust solutions, evaluate vendor work from both technical and functional angles, and guide key technical decisions in collaboration with the project team. Fluency in English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical expertise in ServiceNow IRM and BCM.
• Ability to challenge vendor actions and implementation decisions.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and confident decision-making.
• Fluent in English.
• Residency in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and develop solutions within ServiceNow IRM and BCM modules.
• Evaluate and verify the work of implementation partners from a technical and functional perspective.
• Recommend optimal architectural approaches and justify proposed solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with best practices.
