Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and develop solutions within ServiceNow IRM and BCM modules.
• Evaluate and verify the work of implementation partners from a technical and functional perspective.
• Recommend optimal architectural approaches and consistently justify proposed solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with best practices.
