Job location:

This is a 12-month B2b contract role for a banking client in one of the largest Swiss banks. Due to Covid-19, this role will be based as remote working in Poland.

Your role as an experienced ServiceNow Developer:

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing functionality on the ServiceNow platform as well as providing Level 3 support for the same. This individual will be required to work collaboratively with other members of the global ITSM team and other IT teams within the bank to ensure that the required functionality is introduced onto the ServiceNow platform through the adopted SDLC process.

As a ServiceNow Developer for TheAgileWorks, you will be:

• Creating Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts
• ServiceNow Version Upgrades
• Suggesting appropriate solutions for any ad-hoc requirements
• Performance analytics and custom reporting
• Handling client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions
• ServiceNow Technical Hands-on experience

Are you the ideal candidate?

As an ideal candidate, you will have the following:

• Atleast 5 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with CSM
• Familiar with the Scrum methodology and mentoring junior members in a team
• Good working knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA and GitLab
