Job summary

AIDA Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise integration and platform strategy for telecom-focused initiatives. The role requires extensive ServiceNow experience and strong design capabilities.

You will develop high- and low-level designs, guide IT teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while managing API integrations and cloud considerations. CIS/CAD/CSA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD or CSA.
• Experience with IT operations, infrastructure and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Telecom operations and best practices.
• Advise on ServiceNow integration best practices and solutions.
• Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Identify integration points and dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement integration logic and interface configurations.
