Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join the ServiceNow Competency Center. You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM for clients in Europe and the US.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of ServiceNow implementations, 2+ years in an Architect role, and strong English. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, architecture definition, and risk management within Polish-based operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Residing in Poland required.

• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Residing in Poland required
