Your Tasks

Your Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Several years of proven experience as a ServiceNow developer / administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (ideally with certifications)
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
• Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Very good communication skills in English
