Husky Technologies is seeking a Service Technician for Poland to install, start up, troubleshoot, and maintain injection molding systems at customer sites. The role supports on-site training and ongoing service with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a technician or engineering degree in mechatronics or electronics, strong PLC/automation knowledge, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

  • Technician or engineering degree in mechatronics or electronics.
  • Experience with control systems, hydraulics and electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshooting mindset and safe working practices.
  • Knowledge of PLC controls and industrial automated systems.
  • Good English and fluent Polish language skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Poland and Central Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Travel regularly to customer sites across Poland (60%) and Central Europe (40%).
  • Install, start-up, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on Husky injection molding systems.
  • Provide on-site training, follow-up visits, and customer support.
  • Create reports and advise on Husky products and services.
  • Uphold Husky's core values and act as a customer-focused ambassador.

After an initial training period, you will be responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our injection molding systems at our customers' facilities. You will operate from your home office ideally located in Warsaw, Katowice or Krakow area with general administrative support from our European headquarters in Luxembourg. This position offers great challenges and has a direct impact on the final business result and growth opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Traveling regularly to our customers (area covering Poland 60% of time and Central Europe (40%). Central Europe extends to Greece, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, installing or upgrading all Husky products.
  • You will help our customers optimize their operations with on-site training and follow-up visits.
  • You will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of your customer visits, creating reports and offering advice to promote Husky’s products and services.
  • You should be a self-started that understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can be an ambassador for our strong core values.
Qualifications
  • Technician or engineering degree - mechatronics or electronics.
  • General experience in control systems, and/or equivalent hydraulic, electrical or mechanical experience.
  • Troubleshooting attitude and focus on correct working practices.
  • Knowledge in PLC controls and in industrial automated systems.
  • Your initiative, your team spirit and time management abilities enable you to deal with multiple priorities in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Some experience in field service and injection molding would be considered an asset.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Fluent in Polish
