We are looking for skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join our Operations and Maintenance team. You will be working at a photovoltaic power plant, supporting our new clients near Opole (Rutki), handling preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

We're hiring for two new colleagues: one with a focus on medium voltage systems, and one with high voltage expertise. If you're passionate about clean energy and want to work in a growing industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting and maintaining photovoltaic power plants to keep them running smoothly
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations of the plants
  • Preparing protocols and reports for the Technical Manager, providing clear insights on ongoing projects
  • Monitoring the performance of equipment on photovoltaic farms, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring long-term functionality
  • Upholding the highest standards of health and safety, complying with Polish regulations
  • Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and quality execution of work
  • Communicating effectively with clients, offering solutions to improve relationships and satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience
  • Electrotechnical education
  • At least 2 years of experience as an electrician or service technician
  • Experience working with medium voltage or high voltage
  • Polish language at a native speaker level and English at a pre-intermediate level (for writing e-mails, preparing reports)
  • SEP qualification (E+D up to 30kV) is an advantage
  • Experience working on a solar power plant or wind farm is preferred
  • Active driver and willingness to travel to our customers
  • User proficiency of MS Office package
  • Strong organisational skills and sense of ownership – you will schedule your own activities
  • Willing to occasionally be on call during weekends or holidays (based on a pre-arranged schedule) to ensure the plant operates smoothly
