Job summary

PwC Poland’s Application Evolution Services team seeks a Service Delivery Manager to own and coordinate end-to-end delivery of Validation as a Service, Quality Assurance as a Service and Testing as a Service engagements. You will contribute to scaling Pharma Testing offerings and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Lead service governance, manage SLAs/KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ITIL or equivalent service management practices.
• Experience with client-facing services, governance and performance.
• Knowledge of validated, regulated environments in life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end delivery of Validation as a Service and related engagements.
• Maintain effective service governance, reporting, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
