The role involves processing service orders, managing customer data, and ensuring accurate billing and archiving. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of related experience and strong language skills in English, Spanish, and Polish. Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions.
  • Ability to process service orders and manage customer data.
  • Experience in managing service contracts and processing complaints.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Backoffice Position within Service Administration

Your main tasks:
  • Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians,
  • Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
  • Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
  • Manage service contract,
  • Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good knowledge of English (min B2 level),
  • Good knowledge of Spanish and Polish (min B2 level),
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
  • Focus on time frames,
  • Knowledge of French would be an asset.
