• Drive modernization: Lead datacenter migrations, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technology with business goals.
• Be the expert: Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensure compliance, security, and reliability.

What you bring

• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid‑cloud strategies.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting.
• A strategic mindset with hands‑on technical skills.
• Leadership qualities: mentoring, collaboration, and driving technical excellence.
