Its ITS CSS EMEIA Demand Generation & Digital Experience team manages how brands are discovered, understood, and chosen online through content, web technology, and data-driven marketing.

• Define and own the SEO, website content, and GEO strategy and roadmap across European and EMEIA brand websites
• Lead daily website content governance, page creation, and publishing quality in Contentstack
• Drive on-page and technical SEO improvements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data, and keyword targeting
• Use Semrush to identify keyword opportunities, monitor visibility, benchmark competitors, and prioritize content and optimization workChampion AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimization principles
• Monitor performance with Semrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, translating data into recommendations and executive-ready insights
• Lead website migration, localization, content clean-up, and multilingual quality initiatives
• Advise marketing managers, product, content, and web development teams on consistent, on-brand, conversion-focused digital experiences
• Mentor and coach junior specialists and agency partners on SEO, GEO, and CMS best practices
• Maintain publishing standards, content governance, taxonomy, redirects, and link quality across owned properties
• Support eCommerce rollout in the EMEIA region

Требования

• 6+ Years of experience in SEO, website content management, digital marketing, or web optimization roles
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple markets or brands
• Proven track record of defining SEO strategy and delivering measurable business impact in a B2B or enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise CMS
• Advanced working knowledge of Semrush or a comparable SEO platform
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Experience in SEO and content strategy within e-commerce platforms
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong written and spoken English
• Nice to have: Contentstack experience, Google Search Console proficiency, an additional European language
