A leading digital marketing firm is seeking a full-time SEO Content Manager to drive content strategies for their Polish websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Polish and English, experience in SEO and content management, and proficiency with SEO tools. This role offers a fully remote position within Poland, along with benefits such as meal tickets and health insurance.
We’re looking for a full-time SEO Content Manager to join our team and drive the creation, coordination, and optimisation of high-quality content that ranks in Google and supports the performance of our Polish websites. You will be the owner of your markets, ensuring strong SEO visibility, excellent user experience, and consistent content quality.
Coordinate and oversee content production for several key websites and build editorial plans for SEO content. Perform keyword research and develop content strategies tailored to different user groups.
Create new content based on business priorities and market needs. Manage freelancer/writer workflows, proofread content, and provide constructive feedback.
Regularly track KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions) and take action to improve performance. Stay on top of legal and competitive changes in the Polish market.
Collaborate our Business Development team to ensure we have the best deals in place with partners.
Work with our CRO/UX team to improve interfaces and increase engagement.
Ensure that your websites are technically sound and performing well.
Provide SEO insights and initiatives to improve our overall visibility and performance in Google.
Has a strong command of Polish (native-level) and English both written and spoken.
Has a strong editorial sense and can turn any copy into engaging, accurate, SEO-optimised content.
Has hands‑on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
Brings 3 years of experience in content management, SEO, or digital marketing.
Has experience working with WordPress CMS.
Is comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Has good knowledge of UX principles in web products.
Communicates clearly, proactively, and collaboratively.
Holds a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (an advantage but not required).
