Job summary

iubenda is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own and accelerate our organic growth across traditional search, AI-generated results, and GEO/AEO channels. You will shape visibility for iubenda and its product family (Consentmanager, Complianz, Cookiefirst) across Google, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms.

You’ll lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives, coordinate with content, product, and engineering teams, and measure impact with GA4 and Search Console to drive sustainable

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an SEO Specialist or similar organic growth role.
• Hands-on GEO/AEO experience with AI systems.
• Strong foundations in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Ability to structure content and data for LLM visibility.
• Experience with SEO tools like Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Analytical mindset turning GA4/Search Console data into actions.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed audits and briefs.
• Collaborative with content, product and engineering teams.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing SEO strategies to grow rankings and traffic.
• Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis for growth.
• Fixing cross-brand keyword cannibalization and governance.
• Performing technical SEO audits and leading implementations.
• Building scalable link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Monitoring algorithm changes and adjusting strategies.
• Developing GEO/AEO strategies to improve AI answer visibility.
• Managing prompts and structured data for AI readability.
• Coordinating with content, product, and engineering teams.
• Tracking performance with GA4, GSC, Semrush, Looker Studio.
