Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Workforce Administration in Warsaw, Poland, on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on maintaining HR data accuracy, managing the Workday lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local laws and payroll requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AI productivity tools to enhance documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Shared Services, Payroll Operations, or Benefits Administration.
• Experience administering employee leave and absence programs, terminations, or severance processes.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, data governance.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience creating or maintaining Excel macros, Power Query, or automation tools.
• Ability to leverage AI productivity tools to improve documentation, quality, and efficiency while maintaining data privacy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and spoken local language and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries on issues related to HCM structure and worker data and apply technical solutions.
• Monitor WFA team assignments via case management system and WD inbox to understand trends.
• Ensure data accuracy for Workday and compliance through data governance and audits.
• Maintain organizational structures and data elements in Workday (organizations, positions, jobs, pay groups, departments).
• Apply country/local regulations to data movement and employee statuses, ensuring payroll outputs.
• Manage worker data updates via manual processes or mass uploads (e.g. Workday EIB).
• Coordinate restructures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other organization changes.
• Perform system data extracts and testing to align with global standards.
• Collaborate with HR services centers to apply global standards in HCM structure management.
• Support international assignments and cross-company transfers workflows.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for data insights.
• Deliver high-touch customer service meeting SLAs.
