Job summary

HARMAN is seeking an experienced Windows IT Engineer to design, evolve, and integrate our Windows-based infrastructure. You will drive architectural decisions around identity management (Active Directory/Entra ID), server OS, virtualization, automation, and security compliance to ensure a scalable, resilient, and secure Microsoft environment.

Based in Łódź, Poland, this role follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the Łódź office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering/administration focused on Microsoft technologies.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory design across domains and forests.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server core components and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Windows server and client infrastructure (on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud).
• Develop and maintain AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and certificate services roadmaps.
• Lead migration projects and define monitoring, patching, and update strategies.
