Cheil Poland is hiring a senior web analytics professional to analyze e-commerce performance and deliver actionable insights using Adobe Analytics and Analysis Workspace. You will translate business questions into measurement plans, build dashboards, and collaborate with product, UX and marketing teams to optimize conversion and UX.

You will own tagging requirements, data quality, and support implementation while sharing knowledge with junior analysts and working with major clients like Samsung.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web/digital analytics, preferably e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, segments, calculated metrics, eVars, props, events).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnels and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis of e-commerce performance using Adobe Analytics from questions to insights.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels and journeys to identify friction and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and measurement plans.
• Identify improvements to increase conversion and measure impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders and management.
• Create segments, calculated metrics and custom dimensions in Adobe Analytics.
• Ensure data quality: monitor tracking, diagnose issues, define tagging requirements and support implementation.
• Share knowledge with junior analysts.
