Job summary

COWI is hiring an Advanced Water/Drainage/Utilities Engineer in Warsaw on a permanent hybrid basis. You will lead projects, perform design work, and collaborate with teams across Scandinavia and the UK to deliver sustainable water and infrastructure solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Environmental or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Open Roads Designer skills, plus English proficiency for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental or Civil engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with water, drainage and utility projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience working in global teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate projects within water, drainage and sewer systems.
• Develop solutions to drainage problems as part of a design team.
• Carry out design work, calculations, 2D/3D modelling and detailed drawings.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental processes are followed.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Scandinavia and the UK.
