Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hands-on UX/UI or Product Designer with a CRO focus to craft high‑performing digital experiences across web and mobile. You will drive end‑to‑end design for A/B tests and multivariate experiments, translating data into design variations and optimized user journeys.

Tokenised design systems mastery in Figma.
Ability to design for multi-brand environments with scalable components.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for A/B tests, landing pages and CRO initiatives.
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specs for experimentation.
Create pixel-perfect designs that align with client brand guidelines and drive conversions.
Collaborate with tokenised design systems to ensure consistency across brands.
Translate test data and feedback into actionable design improvements.
Work with developers to ensure high‑fidelity test execution.
