Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a banking sector project. You will design digital products, analyze user needs, and collaborate with business and technology teams to craft intuitive and effective solutions.

You will lead usability tests, participate in Design Sprint sessions, and drive design decisions that align with the Design System. Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Ability to independently plan work and select methods and design tools.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
• Familiarity with Design Sprint and Design Thinking.
• Experience working with a Design System.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and user focus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Your tasks

• Designing digital products with a focus on user needs

• Verifying business assumptions in the context of user needs
• Creating and developing solutions in accordance with the Design System
• Collaborating with UX/UI teams, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
• Presenting design recommendations and implementing findings from research

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
