Job summary

Opera in Wrocław, Poland is seeking a UX designer to lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of Opera Cashback. You will shape user flows and interactions for the product and collaborate with product, engineering, legal and marketing teams to enable multi-country rollouts across markets.

You will own design systems, prototype new ideas, and run usability reviews, iterating based on data and user feedback. A strong portfolio and Figma expertise are essential, with English fluency expected.

• Fluency in Figma with components, variants, tokens and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Ability to design for multiple brands and audiences.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering on implementation details.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of Opera Cashback
• Design new user flows around the product.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, legal and marketing on multi-country rollouts;
• Contribute to and extend Opera's design systems.
• Run usability reviews, prepare prototypes for stakeholder demos, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

Job Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking (flows, IA, problem framing) and UI craft (typography, spacing, motion, polish).
• Fluency in Figma, including components, variants, variables/tokens, auto-layout and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Ability to design for multiple brand expressions and audiences — e.g. mainstream productivity users vs. gamers.
• Comfort working with engineering on implementation details and platform constraints (Chromium-based desktop apps).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for crypto, web3 wallets, payments, cards, or cashback / loyalty products.
• Familiarity with influencer/affiliate marketing flows.
• Background in motion design or prototyping tools beyond Figma.
