Anshar Studios in Katowice, Poland, seeks a Senior/Expert Tech Programmer to join on-site and help develop games using Unreal Engine 5. You will work within a talented team on core engine features, tooling, and performance optimizations.

The role requires strong C++ and UE5 skills, plus solid debugging and profiling capabilities. English and Polish at intermediate levels are expected; relocation support is available and the office blends hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of programming experience.
• C++ language proficiency.
• Unreal Engine 5 proficiency.
• Exceptional debugging and profiling skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Good understading of game engines internals.
• Ability to work in large codebase.
• Experience with VCS (preferably Perforce).

Anshar Studios is looking for talented Senior/Expert Tech Programmer to join our team on site in Katowice, Poland to help us develop games using Unreal Engine.

• Supporting games development on current and next gen consoles.
• Implementing advanced systems and tools.
• Debugging Unreal Engine and game code.
