Job summary

Luxoft in Poland is seeking a Senior UiPath Test Automation Developer to lead end-to-end automation across SAP and non-SAP systems within a large digital transformation program.

You will design and implement a reusable UiPath-based framework, collaborating with the Client's Test Automation Lead and other partners to ensure weekly stable runs and continuous improvement of testing processes. The role is hands-on, architecture-focused, and data-driven, with weekend and on-demand execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in test automation, including 3+ years with UiPath.
• Experience building a test automation framework from scratch with architecture, reusable components, standards, and reviews.
• Experience automating end-to-end business processes across several systems, with UI and API steps (REST).
• UiPath Certified Professional certification, e.g. Test Automation Engineer Professional and Automation Developer Professional.
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for automated test runs.
• Experience automating SAP S/4HANA (SAP GUI / Fiori) with UiPath.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or a similar ALM tool.
• UiPath Autopilot and AI agents for testing.
• Retail or fashion domain knowledge.
• Ownership: Takes the framework and the suite from design to stable weekly runs.
• Clear Communication: Explains run results and failures so Test Managers and Product Teams can act on them.
• Collaboration: Works closely with the Client's Test Managers, the programme System Integrator, non-SAP product vendors (where automations will be built upon) and Product Teams across locations.
• Structure and Quality: Writes clean, reusable and documented automation that others can maintain.
• Pragmatism: Automates what brings the most value first, under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Help design and implement the E2E Test Automation framework in UiPath, together with the Client's Test Automation Lead.
• Build it around four contracts: Identity, Data, Environment and Result.
• Set up the orchestration of test runs in UiPath Orchestrator and Test Manager, with results flowing into SAP Cloud ALM.
• Define reusable components, coding standards, and review rules so the suite stays easy to maintain.
• Automate the non-SAP steps of the E2E business processes in UiPath, with UI and API steps.
• Connect them with the SAP steps automated by another System Integrator into one E2E flow.
• Turn the agreed E2E scenarios and Test Cases into data-driven automated tests.
• Build the automation in parallel with the manual Dry Runs and SIT of the first pilot, so it is ready for SIT and Regression in the later rollouts.
• Run and maintain the E2E suite every weekend and on demand, for example before big or critical changes.
• Analyze failures, log defects in SAP Cloud ALM and update the tests.
• Keep the suite stable as processes, systems and release cycles change.
• Document the framework, standards and test assets.
• Share UiPath and framework know-how with the Client's Test Automation Team.
• Report progress, automation coverage and run results to the Client's Test Automation Lead.

Our Client is undertaking the most significant digital transformation in its history, with the delivery of a consistent, integrated SAP S/4HANA-based ecosystem and associated technology stack across markets as its cornerstone. We are seeking Senior UiPath Test Automation Developers to build end-to-end (E2E) Test Automation in UiPath. The E2E suite simulates the Client's operations step by step, the way users work, across SAP and non-SAP systems. Once live, it runs automatically every weekend and on demand, for example before big or critical changes. The Developers own the non-SAP parts of the E2E automation and connect them with the SAP parts, which another System Integrator automates. We need deep UiPath and test automation architecture experience: the Developers help design/improve the framework, not only build tests. More than 200 people are involved in the transformation.
