Job summary

Dürr Group in Poznań is seeking a seasoned RPA Developer to design, build, test and deploy intelligent bots across multiple applications. You will use UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and AI Center to deliver scalable automation that handles complex processes.

You will work with Process Owners and Analysts, apply process mining, ensure governance, and extend automation with OCR, NLP and ML for unstructured data, maintaining security and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in developing UiPath solutions, including AI Center and Document Understanding.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of live robots.
• Proficiency in .NET or Python for custom activities and integrations.
• Experience with cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of API integrations and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience preparing Solution Design Documents and governance.
• Knowledge of process mining tools and ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Strong English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of structured change control, resolving complex issues.
• Develop solutions considering data security, integration, infrastructure, and performance, ensuring maximum robot utilization.
• Integrate cognitive capabilities such as OCR, NLP, and machine learning models for handling unstructured data.
• Apply best practices for CI/CD pipelines and version control for automation deployments.

Your Skills

• >=4 years of experience in developing UiPath solutions, including AI Center and Document Understanding.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of live robots.
• Hands-on experience in .NET or Python for custom activities and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and autonomous bot behavior.
• UiPath certifications (e.g. Automation Developer Professional) will be a plus.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and API integrations.
• Experience in preparing Solution Design Documents and following governance standards.
• Knowledge of process mining tools and ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural team with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge in Power Automate is a plus
• Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
