Job summary

Atos in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Test Automation Engineer to join our international team supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs.

You will design, implement and maintain automated testing solutions for SAP environments, working closely with business stakeholders and SAP teams to ensure high quality for SAP S/4HANA and Fiori processes.

• Experience in regulated environments requiring formal evidence, validation and traceability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional English written and spoken

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Test Automation Engineer to join our international team supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining automated testing solutions for SAP environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams and delivery managers to ensure the highest quality standards across SAP S/4HANA platforms and business-critical processes.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing solutions for SAP applications.


• Develop and maintain enterprise-scale automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.


• Automate and validate SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori business processes.


• Define and execute automated test strategies across multiple SAP workstreams.


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality objectives.


• Support defect management, test planning and test reporting activities.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards, documentation requirements and audit expectations.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices.

Required skills and experience

Mandatory

• Extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca.


• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA testing.


• Hands-on experience in automating SAP Fiori applications and business processes.


• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.


• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and ISTQB principles.


• Experience with test management and defect management processes.


• Experience working in regulated environments requiring formal evidence, validation and traceability.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Professional English language skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP EWM test automation.


• Experience validating SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW reporting solutions.


• Experience working with SAP Cloud ALM.


• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other GxP-regulated environments.


• ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer certification.
