Jobgether is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Poland for a fully remote engagement with a partner company. You will shape end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile, from initial concepts to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

The role emphasizes strong visual design, usability, accessibility, and collaboration with developers. You will lead projects and contribute innovative ideas in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Impressive portfolio across web experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills, including interactive prototyping.
• Strong UI/UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Translate briefs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate behavior.
• Establish and maintain visual design systems and responsive layouts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible implementation.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Own projects from concept to delivery and identify creative solutions.
• Contribute to experimental digital experiences and innovative approaches.
