Job summary

UpcoMinds is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to own user experience and interface design across enterprise-scale digital solutions. You will work with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Core Teams and stakeholders, delivering requirements analysis through design and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on UX/UI or GUI design, a Level 6 degree in a related field, and English at CEFR C1. Remote work is offered with opportunities on large banking systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on professional UX/UI, GUI or product design experience.
At least 8 years of combined post-secondary education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

Design user experiences across multiple applications and micro-frontends.
Create user flows, personas, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
Own and maintain the Figma Design System with reusable components and documentation.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and WCAG-compliant across devices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
