Due to the development of our business and a growing number of projects, we are currently looking for a talented Senior UI Designer to join our team. What do we expect from you?
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a UI Designer / Product Designer in digital environments.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma – must have).
  • Visual Excellence: Strong understanding of interface design principles, typography, hierarchy, grids, and color theory. Ability to create polished, consistent, and visually appealing screens.
  • Graphic Skills: Strong graphic design skills (visual composition, iconography, layout, illustration basics, and creating visually compelling assets).
  • System Thinking: Experience working with design systems (building, documenting, and scaling them).
  • Communication: Communicative knowledge of English (minimum C1 level) enabling free communication in writing and in speaking. The Polish language is mandatory (fluent).
  • Agile Mindset: Experience working in complex product teams and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Independence: Excellent self-organization, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing process, craft, and product thinking (required).
  • Accessibility: Understanding and applying accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Motion design or micro‑interaction skills.
  • Knowledge of interactive animation tools (e. g. , ProtoPie, After Effects).
  • Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS as a plus).
  • Experience facilitating design or product workshops.
Responsibilities
  • Designing clear, modern, and scalable user interfaces for core product features.
  • Creating high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI specifications.
  • Co‑creating and developing the design system (components, styles, UI patterns).
  • Ensuring visual consistency and high‑quality craft across the product.
  • Collaborating closely with product designers, product owners, and developers throughout the entire design process.
  • Participating in discovery work: analyzing requirements and proposing UI solutions.
  • Improving existing flows, optimizing UI, and supporting accessibility improvements.
  • Conducting UI audits and preparing reports.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior designers within the team.
  • Overseeing proper implementation by working closely with front‑end engineers.
