Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our engineering team focused on building large-scale wireless networking solutions. You will contribute to debugging, build and maintain automated test environments, and validate cutting-edge embedded systems.

You will develop automated test scripts (Python/Pytest), participate in CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and work closely with developers to characterize problems and validate designs.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in test automation (Python/Pytest).
Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience designing test cases and test plans.
Experience with LTE/4G and 5G networking.
Proficient English communication.
Hands-on lab work in engineering or test environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test cases for network and energy products.
Build, configure, and maintain lab test environments.
Collaborate with development to characterize issues early.
Participate in SCRUM-based planning, execution, and testing.
