Job summary

Ework Group is seeking a Senior Test Data Manager to join the Home Journey program for a Nordic banking client. The role focuses on establishing a strategic Test Data Management (TDM) process and driving its adoption across teams to enable scalable, compliant testing.

You will work in an international, agile environment, driving adoption, governance, and automation readiness across the end-to-end testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing a strategic Test Data Management (TDM) process.
• Experience in a banking/financial services domain is a plus.
• International, agile environment experience is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Test Data Manager to join the Home Journey program for our Nordic banking client — the team responsible for the full end-to-end process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics.
