Jit Team is seeking an experienced Test Data Engineer for an international Nordic-focused transformation program. You will shape end‑to‑end test data solutions in a hybrid Polish delivery setup, collaborating with testers, developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts.

The role emphasizes data masking, synthetic data, GDPR compliance and strong automation. Join an agile, cross‑functional team and contribute to cutting‑edge data provisioning in a scalable environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with mainframe environments.
• Hands‑on experience with test data generation, data masking/anonymization, data cloning, data subsetting, data extraction and transformation.
• Experience supporting automated, integration and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain reusable test data assets.
• Develop automated test data provisioning solutions.
• Create self-service mechanisms enabling teams to access test data on demand.
• Implement and maintain data masking and anonymization processes.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance.
• Create and maintain synthetic test datasets for various testing scenarios.
• Provide data for edge cases, negative and business-realistic scenarios.
• Provision, refresh and clone datasets across non-production environments.
• Support multiple teams performing parallel testing activities.
• Integrate test data solutions with test automation frameworks.
• Enable CI/CD-driven test data provisioning and automated regression testing.
• Monitor test data availability, usability and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test data related issues and defects.
• Maintain documentation, standards and data dependency mappings.
