Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly online help and documentation for our cloud- and web-based legal technology products, including AI-enabled features.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering partners to translate complex information into engaging content, shaping the documentation vision for Epiq Legal Solutions software and helping users succeed across the product suite.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a technical writer or similar role for online help.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with MadCap Flare, XML and CSS.
• Experience documenting B2B software, preferably AI-enabled.
• Collaborative work with product owners in Agile teams.
• Experience tracking stories and defects in Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online help and release notes for Epiq software, including AI features.
• Translate complex information into clear content meeting audience needs.
• Write topic types following style guidelines within an Agile lifecycle.
• Improve content usability with a consistent voice and style.
• Create video content for feature tours; video skills are a plus.
• Evaluate existing content and identify clarity improvements.
