Epiq is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to craft clear, user-friendly online help and documentation for cloud-based legal tech products, including AI-enabled features. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate, usable content throughout the software lifecycle.

Applicants must show prior work samples and have strong English writing skills, with experience in enterprise applications.

Formación

Five+ years of experience as a technical writer or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Communications/English or related field.
Proficiency with MadCap Flare, XML, and CSS.
Experience documenting complex, client-facing B2B software, preferably enterprise apps or legal tech.
Experience with AI-enabled features is a plus.
Experience collaborating with product owners, PMs, and developers in Agile.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain online help and release notes for Epiq Legal Solutions software products, including AI features.
Translate complex information into clear, engaging content meeting audience needs.
Write concept, task, and reference topics following style guidelines in an Agile lifecycle.
Improve content usability while maintaining a consistent voice and style.
Create video content for feature tours; video production is a plus.
Evaluate existing content and identify opportunities to improve clarity and usability.
