About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, conducting interviews, and hiring qualified candidates for our company. This position requires expertise in hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and other non‑tech roles, along with strong proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry‑specific platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with job requirements.
• Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates’ competencies and aptitude for specific roles.
• Coordinate and conduct in‑depth interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback.
• Facilitate post‑interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates.
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring software engineers and AI engineers.
