Senior Project Manager – Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Description
ARK Solution is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a leading banking client to drive IT initiatives within Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) in the cybersecurity domain. In this role, you will lead complex security projects end‑to‑end, manage external vendors, and ensure successful delivery of business and compliance requirements within a highly regulated environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen secure access frameworks and support critical cybersecurity objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver PAM projects within the IAM program, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle – from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee supplier management – coordinate with external vendors and third‑party partners.
- Translate technical specifications and security requirements into actionable activities and deliverables.
- Work independently to meet project commitments while balancing stakeholder expectations.
- Drive Agile delivery and IT Service Management practices.
- Manage change, communications, and risk across the project portfolio.
Must‑Have Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar Project Manager role, delivering IT and security projects.
- Proven experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security solutions.
- Strong supplier/vendor management experience.
- Hands‑on delivery leadership – acting as Delivery Lead and Project Manager.
- Expertise in Agile Delivery Management, Change Management, and IT Service Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technical subjects and communicate clearly across business and technical teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Highly Beneficial (Nice to Have)
- Experience or familiarity with Mainframe / RACF.
- Conceptual and technical understanding of access control systems, especially within PAM.
