Contract length: 5–6 months (plus extension) Start: ASAP Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands Working model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Information Analyst to join the Uptime Services Team in Eindhoven. You will bridge the gap between business and IT, translating business needs into functional requirements and designs for data and software solutions in an AWS-based data environment. You will work closely with data, DevOps and software engineers, a solution architect and a functional application manager. The team works with technologies including AWS, Airflow, Glue, Lambda, S3, Terraform, PySpark, Iceberg and Snowflake. Current projects include developing a scalable Smart Service Alert system based on vehicle telemetry data, further development of Vehicle State Tracking, migrating data sources to a cloud-based data lakehouse, and developing data management tools and data models.

Key responsibilities

• Good understanding of IT development processes and modern IT/data environments
• Strong documentation and process visualization skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent English communication skills
• Technical HBO / University-level education
• Nice to have Experience with AWS and/or cloud-based data platforms
• Experience with data lakes / data lakehouses
