Job summary

Specific Group Poland is a fully distributed IT services team offering 100% remote work. The Senior Business Analyst will bridge business needs and a distributed engineering group, turning requirements into precise specifications for REST/SOAP integrations and data validations.

You’ll join an established SPG delivery cluster, focusing on API integrations, BPMN modeling, and thorough documentation, in a remote, 40-hour workweek. Remote; B2B or UoP; rate 30–40 EUR/hour gross.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with technical background and ability to work with developers.
• Experience analyzing REST/SOAP integrations and data contracts.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and BPMN modeling.
• English B2 level used daily in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze requirements and convert them into technical specs.
• Design and document REST/SOAP API integrations across external systems.
• Test and validate endpoints using Postman/Swagger.
• Model BPMN processes and manage PostgreSQL data mappings.
• Prepare load-test data and document the work for the team and client.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
