Senior Technical Architect (Public Sector)

Location: Remote (Poland)
Contract type: B2B
Rate: up to 210 PLN/h
Cooperation length: Long-term

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect to support complex projects within the public sector. As a Stream Architect, you will guide one or more feature teams, providing technical leadership and strategic direction for performance-critical solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for selected development streams
• Utilize extensive domain knowledge to oversee planning and design of complex architectural solutions
• Maintain high-performance standards and ensure reliability of critical systems
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading complex projects in the public sector
• Strong technical background with a meticulous approach to problem-solving
• Expertise in software architectures and patterns for web-based applications:
  • .NET backend, SPA architectures, asynchronous processing, performance, resiliency, and self-healing
• Experience with cloud-based development:
  • App Service, AKS, Key Vault, Azure SQL, REDIS cache, OIDC, oAUTH, Application Insights, CI/CD Automation, DevOps, YAML, PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep
• Experience with on-premise development:
  • IIS, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, MongoDB
• Demonstrated ability to coach and support team members effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
