Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Build complex, performant dashboards (LOD, table calcs, parameters, RLS) on Tableau Cloud.
• Work mainly with Snowflake views/semantic layers.
• Drive performance tuning at scale: optimize Snowflake queries (pruning, clustering, result cache); design big-data-friendly dashboards (filters, level of detail, aggregation strategy).
• Establish governance: naming/versioning, release process, projects/folders, permissions, RLS audits, usage analytics.
• Administer Tableau Cloud with Data Platform: groups/permissions, schedules/refresh monitoring, housekeeping.
• Create a dashboard design system and coding standards; mentor analysts; conduct reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders across all departments on reporting and analytics needs; drive adoption of certified sources and self-service.

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• 5+ years in BI, including 3+ years hands‑on with Tableau (Cloud) at enterprise scale.
• Expert in LOD, table calculations, parameters, RLS, and dashboard UX.
• Strong SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake) with Snowflake; proven experience handling very large datasets and tuning workloads.
• Demonstrated governance track record (permissions, change control, certified sources upstream).
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear English communication.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting (Python/bash); Git; embedding; accessibility best practices; finance/billing domain; iGaming/product analytics.
