Optiveum seeks a Senior T24 Architect to shape the Temenos T24 landscape for a major core banking client. You will define target-state architecture, align business capabilities with technology, and lead across multiple markets.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, engineers, and external partners, ensuring stability while enabling platform modernization. You will guide complex initiatives, drive API-first and cloud-enabled patterns, and mentor teams to sustain delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Temenos T24/Temenos Transact in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, platform capabilities, and integration dependencies.
• Proven track record leading architecture for large-scale transformation or modernization.
• Experience across multiple teams, products, or markets within a complex enterprise.
• Banking sector background with stringent availability, security, and regulatory needs.
• Languages: Fluent English (Professional level).

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the Temenos T24 architecture roadmap in line with strategy.
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across complex initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into robust, implementable solutions and integrations.
• Identify interfaces, data flows, and dependencies across apps and services.
• Evaluate alternatives and trade-offs between value, risk, and complexity.
• Drive modernization with API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled patterns.
• Improve maintainability, testability, and operability across markets.
• Define requirements for availability, security, performance, and scalability.
• Guide architecture reviews to align with standards and regulations.
• Assess risks and lifecycle concerns, guiding remediation.
• Act as trusted advisor on Core Banking initiatives and tech investments.
• Mentor architects and engineers to foster collaboration.
