Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior T24 Architect to shape Core Banking architecture across Temenos T24 landscape, aligning business capabilities with technology strategy and ensuring stability during modernisation.

You will lead end-to-end architectural decisions, work with product, engineering, and external suppliers, and mentor teams while sustaining service resilience. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities across Capgemini Polska.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Temenos T24 in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes and integration dependencies.
• Proven record leading architecture for large-scale transformation or migrations.
• Experience working across multiple teams in a complex enterprise.
• Banking domain with availability, security, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• shape and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 and surrounding Core Banking capabilities
• define target‑state architecture, principles and standards aligned with business and technology strategy
• provide end‑to‑end architectural leadership across complex initiatives and delivery streams
• translate business requirements into robust architecture solutions for Core Banking and connected platforms
• design integrations between Core Banking, payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management and data platforms
• identify interfaces, data flows and dependencies across applications, infrastructure and external services
• evaluate architectural alternatives and guide clear trade‑offs across business value, delivery risk and technical complexity
• support Core Banking modernisation and simplification while protecting service stability and resilience
• define critical functional and non‑functional requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability, resilience and operability
• guide architecture reviews, assess risks and technical debt, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations
• work closely with business owners, Product and Solution Management, engineering teams, Enterprise Architects and external suppliers
• communicate complex architecture topics clearly and mentor architects and engineers

Your Role

As a Senior T24 Architect, you will help shape the future of Core Banking by defining and guiding the architecture of a large Temenos T24 landscape. You will align business capabilities, technology platforms and long-term strategic goals, supporting stable, resilient banking services while enabling platform modernisation and simplification.

Your Tasks

• shape and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 and surrounding Core Banking capabilities

Your Profile

• significant experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact in architecture, solution design or senior engineering roles
• deep understanding of Core Banking processes, platform capabilities and integration dependencies
• proven record of leading architecture for large‑scale transformation, migration or modernisation initiatives
• experience working across multiple teams, products or markets in a complex enterprise environment
• banking experience involving demanding availability, security, resilience and regulatory requirements
• strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable architecture solutions
• practical understanding of API‑first, event‑driven and cloud‑enabled architecture patterns
• ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex topics clearly and support accountable architecture decision‑making
