Requirements:

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role

Previous experience in the financial domain – a strong advantage

Technical Skills

Familiarity with programming concepts

Strong skills in system design, business process modeling, and data analysis

Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation

Knowledge of BPMN and UML

Experience with Microservices and API integration

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex systems and workflows

Strong organizational and communication skills

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders

Leading meetings and discussions with business teams to understand their needs and system expectations

Collaborating with internal development teams and external vendors to define technical solutions

Creating and maintaining clear, structured system/technical documentation

Translating requirements and documentation into actionable tasks for the development team

Taking part in workshops to identify processes, improvements, and system functionalities

Proposing and designing new features

Analyzing logs, metrics, and system errors to recommend optimizations

Supporting the QA team in creating test cases and conducting acceptance testing
