Job summary

Slate is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Engineer (Launch) to join our team in Warsaw hybrid work arrangement. You will own APQP processes, drive supplier performance, and ensure parts meet quality targets across tooling and components.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues and implement robust supplier KPIs. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in supplier quality, strong GD&T knowledge, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 10+ years in supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer APQP process and hold suppliers to quality standards.
• Develop and implement supplier KPI/scorecards.
• Evaluate suppliers for production awards and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing on GD&T and drawings standards.
• Lead supplier quality initiatives and site audits.
