Job summary

Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is seeking a Senior Supplier Production Management (SPM) Engineer in Wrocław to lead new project production preparation and liaise with suppliers for trials and serial delivery.

You will ensure production drawing feasibility, conduct readiness audits, coordinate schedules, and drive cross-functional problem solving with Toyota Boshoku teams. Travel up to 30% across Europe and Turkey is required. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel abroad, within Europe and Turkey for short visits up to 30% but depending on project milestones.
• Driving license B

Responsibilities

• Management of New Project Production Preparation, ensure Supplier production readiness for trials and serial delivery.
• Ensuring production drawing feasibility with Suppliers
• Carrying out readiness audits (Product Audit, Process audit, R@R (capacity confirmation trials), at supplier according to project schedule
• Project Management - coordinate supplier schedules and report at milestones
• Assist in problem solving activities between suppliers and manufacturing plants
• Ensure production preparation through supply chain during the preproduction stage
• Monitor supplier performance and carry out development activities
• Mass production Suppliers improvement & development in terms of QCD, Quality Cost Delivery, performance
• Working with cross functional team within Toyota Boshoku (Quality, Purchasing, RnD etc.)
