Woodward Inc. in Niepolomice, Poland, is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer Systems to drive requirements, validation, and architecture across the PLC project lifecycle. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, negotiate conflicts, and mentor engineers while coordinating with PMO and stakeholders.

Relocation and educational support are offered, with a hybrid work model. Fluency in Polish and English is expected, and travel to Canada (~20–25% of time) is required in 2026–2027.

• Derive requirements from analysis of the system and negotiate conflicts.
• Review and approve validation plans and test reports.
• Define architectures and perform models/simulations to support trade studies.
• Lead technical risk mitigation actions within the project plan.
• Coordinate with PMO to design the project plan across PLC phases.
