Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating globally distributed systems.
• Strong Linux administration and production debugging skills.
• Hands-on Docker in production environments.
• Experience with relational databases and search stores.
• Familiarity with web servers and load balancing.
• Proficient in Python or another scripting language.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM tooling and practical integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate globally distributed backend services.
• Make architectural decisions for service integration and scale.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle: planning, implementation, monitoring, postmortems.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure tooling and automation.
• Contribute to engineering standards and operational maturity.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into workflows.
