Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is hiring a SQL Server DBA in Gdynia, Poland. The role supports migration planning, executes and stabilizes database environments, and ensures operational procedures are maintained. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in SQL Server, especially in enterprise and cloud-based scenarios. The position also offers private medical care and sports card co-financing. Excellent communication skills in English are required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA / Database Engineer.
• Solid experience with SQL Server on Windows in enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-based SQL Server deployments, preferably on Google Cloud (GCE).
• Experience with database migrations from on-prem to cloud.
• Knowledge of High Availability / Disaster Recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support migration planning, execution, validation, and post-migration stabilization.
• Operate SQL Server databases in hybrid environments.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Application teams.
• Ensure documentation and operational procedures are updated.
