Job summary

Flowberg IT in Wroclaw is expanding its engineering force to build a new Big Data solutions team. We work with analytics, data engineering, and project leads to shape scalable data platforms and data-driven services for clients.

This role focuses on designing and delivering modern analytical stacks, ETL-enabled data pipelines, and graph analytics, with hybrid work options and the chance to grow professionally in a dynamic, non-corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in Analytics.
• Advanced data analysis, data cleaning and data augmentation skills.
• Strong set of technical skills with deep knowledge of technical systems and software.
• Experience in using ETL tools.
• SQL language and data modeling experience.
• Presentation skills and strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer or partner.
• Understanding of Linux systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cloud services (Amazon / AWS / GCP).
• Flexibility and ability to travel.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Self-driven and highly dependable.
• Ready to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

• Document customer requirements at a detailed level (business requirements).
• Provide information for technical requirements and assist troubleshooting by SysOps.

FlowbergIT is a dynamically growing company from Wroclaw, with remote employees across Poland, that is on the path of adopting modern technology and supporting clients in achieving their goals! We have experience in building data center services, implementing cybersecurity solutions and completing projects tailored for our clients’ needs.

We are currently engaging our engineering forces to build a team focused on Big Data solution implementations. A team of SysOps Engineers experienced at working with architecture and Solution Engineers along with Project Leads and supported by Data Analysts are going to improve their experience of complex data analytics. We are looking for talented engineers to join our new team, which already has a few experts in the field and engages with us in shaping strategic business lines in the company!

Responsibilities

• Create and drive solution for project implementation (business solution designer) for a modern analytical stack for big data environments with graph capabilities.
• Help Project Lead/ PM to ensure the visible success of the project. All enterprise requirements of the project are addressed. Customer users demonstrated full capability to achieve success.
• Understands and documents customer requirements at a detailed level (business requirements).
• Provide/gather the necessary information for technical requirements and assistance / troubleshooting by SysOps Team.
• Engages pre-sales processes, can support Project Lead / PM with the presentation DataWalk’s capabilities in a manner that is targeted to each customer and their needs
